Very Berry Smoothie:


1 cup blueberries


1 cup strawberries


1 banana


1 cup coconut milk OR other milk of your choice (ex. almond milk)


10 -20 grams protein of your choice


Serving Size: 2


Strawberry Banana Smoothie:


1/2 cup strawberries


1 banana


1/2 - 3/4 cup coconut milk


10-20 grams protein of your choice


Serving size: 1


Instructions:


1.) Store the ingredients in freezer bags EXCEPT the protein and liquid.


2.) Take out of freezer and add liquid and protein. Blend and ENJOY!
